Michael Lacobee
Lead Pastor
Michael and his wife, Heather, both grew up in Springfield and served at Crossway Baptist Church. Michael completed his Biblical Studies degree at Luther Rice before being called to plant a church in Omaha, Nebraska.
Michael became the lead pastor of River Stone Fellowship in 2017. The Lacobees have four children: Adalay, Millie, Nora, and Elsie.

Court Ennis
Operations Pastor
Court and his wife, Emily grew up in Springfield. Court graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2006 and served in various ministries before God called him to serve here in 2010.
Courtney became the executive pastor of River Stone Fellowship in 2017. The Ennis' have two children: Lucy and Liam.

Heather Lacobee
Director of Kid's Ministry
Heather is from Springfield, MO, after her and Pastor Michael planted a church in Omaha, NE. In 2017 God called them back to Nixa.
Heather began serving as the Director of KIDS Ministry in August of 2022. The Lacobees have four children: Adalay, Millie, Nora, and Elsie.

Ryan Heffernon
Director of Student Ministries
Ryan grew up in Springfield and has spent nearly his entire life at River Stone Fellowship. He graduated from Evangel with a minor in Youth Ministry and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity (M.Div) with a concentration in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry.

Bryan Root
Worship Director
Bryan and Amanda are from Smithville, Missouri. He studied music at UMKC and Evangel University. The Root family came to River Stone in January 2021.
Bryan began leading worship with us in July of 2021. The Roots have three daughters: Milly, Frances, and Hazel

Josh Clutter
Director of 56ers Ministry
Josh grew up north of Kansas City, MO. After college at Southwest Baptist University Josh joined the army. Josh came to River Stone in 2018 and began serving as the 56ers Director in 2020.
Josh has a daughter named Abigail.
